The same thermostat as prior to rebuild. I swapped thermostats last night. The old was marked 180. The new one has a hole with a little brass rattle plug. No difference.

The radiator cowling is removed. ALways has been.

I think the radiator is plugged.

A new tight motor would run a bit hotter, no?
