It may be my pc, but when I try to open the pdf in this section of the faq's:

"960/90 Series Door Handle Repairs. See the FAQ reprint in pdf form for diagrams explaining 960/90 door panel removal and handle repairs."

....I get an error message. I have had no probs opening other pdf's.
