Cabin light problem

Dear gurus,

Am having a problem with my 945 T Wagon. When I close the doors, the cabin light does not go off at all. When I manually press each of the door switches, 3 doos cause a slight dimming of the light (but it remains on), and the driver's door, doesn't cause any change in the light.

Anyone can enlighten me on how to proceed and trouble shoot if teh driver's door switch is faulty?
