Odd that the rubber seal has fallen out. It is about 2 cm wide (about 1 cm extends below the bottom of the tailgate) and is held by compression where the metal strip that runs along the inner side of the tailgate is pressed to hold the seal along the bottom. You need to purposely pry open the metal strip to drop the rubber seal strip out.

Check with IPD - I believe they sell all the seals around the tailgate although you could probably cut something to fit.
