ATL, jaz, aeromotive, safe-quip, fuel-safe, others. Custom cells are on the order of $1500. You may be able to adapt a "standard" cell pretty easily to fit in the stock hole for as little as $400. Filling may require opening trunk and some plumbing/sender quirks to work out but is is imminently doable.
