IMHO - I would only do what is needed. Why spend unnecessary money as the car could be totalled at any time? Just how I look at things...

If you haven't ever replaced shocks, struts and heater valve then it might make sense to do them. Fluids are a part of regular maintenance. I would only do the clutch if necessary. I've heard of clutches going 350K or more.
