Maybe, maybe not. 700

Yes, the light is constantly on, sorry forgot to mention that. I dont have a way to get the diasnotic code, or know how to do that. The sensor wheel is very pitted and corroded, I have cleaned the sensor and wheel to no avail. I had read on other postings that it needed to be a clean smooth surface, so I that is why I was thinking that is the problem. If I surface the sensor wheel down so all the pits are out I am afraid it will have too much of a distance from the sensor. Please let me know of any possible advice.
