Not necessarily in prioritized order:
1. Rubbing alcohol
2. Ammonia
3. Orange (hand) cleaner
4. Carpet cleaner (with brush on can)
5. Mineral spirits

I'll try these (well, maybe not all of them) and see how it goes. I also have a can of Vinylex that seems to work well in protecting vinyl.
