Thanks everyone, I think I can handle this one. I will let you know.

Dirtangel, it is an after market stereo. The one that came with the car was an old Alpine dinosaur tape deck. The guy who owned this car before loved his speakers...he had 8 installed! Two in each front door, one each in the back doors, and two in the back window area. Don't know why he missed the center one. At least he used BOSE speakers so I can forgive him on some of the damage.
