940 seats vs 740 seats

The seat itself is a bolt-on affair. As for comfort ... they are, though they won't hug you as well in the curves.

Personally, if the seats were cheap, I'd swap them in. Then, I'd remove the covers off the 940 seats and have it repaired. Put them back in, and then resell the 740 seats.
