940 cruise control not working.

I think I know why. There is no vaccum line connected to the nipple on the back of the vaccum servo diaphram. My question is should there be an line connected there (I can't imagine not) and if so, where do I attach it to? Perhaps someone has a pic of what a functioning set-up looks like?
