Hi -

A couple of weeks back I used www.volvotechinfo.com/ to order some books for my New2mE 1997 965. Things worked fine.

At one time one could call 1-800-25-VOLVO and get Ken Cook Publishing, haven't done that lately but it may be a useful "Plan B" for you.
