You didn't give mileage or what other repairs it needs. Obviously it is overpriced for your market area if you have had no luck selling it yet and have had but one serious inquiry. A non functioning car is not very desirable to a purchaser unless it is real cheap. Say half of what you are asking. If you really really need to/want to sell it then I suggest biting the bullet and cutting price by say 20% each week until it sells. Or replace AMM(with maybe a good used one) and it will sell easier/quicker as a functional car. Help this helps and apologies if I come across as tough.
