In no way there could have been anyone involved in this. The car just stood there in the sun, on a closed parking for two weeks.
I did some research thru the internet on selfcombusting stuff and heating, which is pretty common on farms in their haystacks, and I learned that the combination of some kinds of fabric and old paint(dust) -one side is painted black 500 years ago- can even selfcombust more easily when the temperature rises! The selfcombustion in haystacks is always when hay is put away wet or moist. These combinations and material match the 40 years old isolationmat I figured....
The new mats, now available, are made of different (more synthetic?) material and I never renewed it.. Now I will! Just like all my dash-wiring, floormats, sealing.....
Nice Mythbusters subject, don't you think?!
