Blower 200 1990

Try putting some oil eg. SAE 20 (WD40 is too light but will work temporarily) on the bearings. Fan motor bearings tend to dry out because of the constant warm air movement. If the blower blades are balanced, there won't be much wear to the bearings by the shaft.

If you pull the 2nd or 3rd switch pop-outs from the end in the center console, you'll be able to drill holes into the blower housing to spray/drip oil onto bearing area. Cover or plug holes for easy access.
