Setting the Valves - B30 140-160

There was a lot of good advice and techniques passed on how to adjust valves on a B20 and I was wondering if anybody had the same kind of advise for adjusting the valves on a B30. I to have a couple of lower compression readings, compared to the other four, and will attempt to re-adjust this weekend.
