You can get a Carter or an AC pump at Rockauto.com for about $100 new. If you prefer to deal in person, check your local Autozone; a new Carter (AKA Airtek or Master) at that retailer will also run about a hundred bucks.

Note that none of these say "Bosch" on the side of them... but they aren't $300 to $400, either.
