You should find any post 90 model hatch will have the same flush glass as yours (the bigger rear window) but any hatch will, I think, fit. It's unusual for a later type hatch to have deteriorated as much as you describe, so maybe yours is not the original? The rear window should be flush with the surface of the tailgate, if it's recessed it's an earlier one.
