"Das Grosse Buckel Volvo Buch" is unfortunately out of print indeed for some years now.
Also a very nice book is "Volvo PV 444", a Swedish book by Peter Haventon, which covers every model of the 444/544/Duett range.
There is a Dutch translation, which I bought two years ago. Don't know if there's an English translation as well, but the pictures alone make it worthwhile.
