Someone talk me out of this....... 140-160

I love my 1975 164E! I have owned several and this one I am fully restoring to like new and even better. I have not had any real problems finding parts for it. The best thing about these old Volvo's is that they have so many interchangable parts.

One thing to look for on the 1975, and this is why I chose the one I have, is they have the larger tail light cluster on the back. Instead of the four light cluster they had the six light cluster and I always liked the way they looked. Those are kind of hard to find if yours is damaged though

Mine is being painted bright red and I am in the process of fully carpeting the trunk in red carpet with tan trim to match the new leather seats. I've carpeted the sides, wheel cover and even the tail light covers. It is a little tricky but with some patience it looks fantastic!

I was fortunate that when I bought this '75, it was a 100% rust free car. Not even the wheel wells had any rust in them. I was fortunate to find it for only $750 but of course I have put over 10x that into restoring it. Good luck!
