Ahh - I didn't know you used the gearbox off the 240 tailgate wiper. I thought it was just the motor. Of course, I've been lucky enough so far not to have to look into the procedure yet - my motor revived nicely from it's slow, sparky, stinky condition when I cleaned up all the conductive dust out from between the commutator contacts, and smoothed the contacts up some.
