REPLACE!!!

Those look awful. The flexible rubber hoses have a date code on them and are supposed to be replaced about every ten years. In this case, the rigid metal lines also look quite bad, as well. I would get new lines, it's your brakes (and your life) we're talking about here. "Running is nice, but steering and stopping is mandatory!"
