1970 model year 120's had a cable clutch.

Personally though I wouldn't bother, there's only so many hours in a day. Besides if the cylinder starts leaking just lob in a bit more fluid, if the cable breaks it's broken. I drove a 122S 4 door back from Spain once leaking like a sieve, 4 litres of brake fluid later I was home! Usually all they need are some seals and they're cheap as chips.
