I doubt there are many auto manufacturers thinking "in forty years we don't want this to be a problem."

Trouble is the Swedes overengineered so much of the design that they just keep running. I was really kind of wondering if I was going to be removing any galvanising that would be better just to leave and only treat the visible rust.

I'll probably just do as planned, certainly its better than leaving the winter salt to wick under the undercoat.
