Rusty floors 140-160

I was changing the tires / wheels on my 145 today.

What's the shop time on replacing the underside of a 145? The
floors on my 145 are shot. It looks like the car had water in
it at one point (or many points) and rotted the floors from the
inside out.

When I jack it up from one corner or another, the doors all
close or open in exactly the same way as when the car is on the
ground, so I'm not too worried about the structure of the car.

Should I just sand off the rust, paint it with some rust
barrier paint and slop some fiberglass over the holes and be done
with it? The car needs a huge amount of work otherwise. The
paint, interior, electrical, and suspension are all shot.

I figure a junkyard 245 interior, a bucket of bondo (or
whatever the correct, doesn't fill up with water body putty is
these days), some blobs of fiberglass for the floors and a
couple buckets of zerorust safety blue or green and the car
will be good enough to drive around and not worry about. Oh,
and of course, some ball joints and tierods.
