My 91 740 headlight's low beam doesn't work; The high beam is OK it works when I activate the switch. I did the minor/obvious checks (all fuses OK, cleaning connector, trying different lamp, checking switch and wires) same symptomp, so I'm stumped. Is there a relay that controls this? which one? what color? Anyone had this problem and can share what to check?


The windshield wiper wouldn't shut off even when its in off position. It still runs in the low intermittent settings. I tried 2 other wiper switches and its the same problem. Does anyone know where to check where the ground wire of this switch terminate? I believe its terminal C and 53a of the wiper switch.
