How do I get the pump relay out from brhind the ash tray to replace?

Actually I was able to get to it by removing the passenger kickplate under glove compartment. There are 2 screws and one cheap plastick fastener all the way to the right.

This exposed the relay panel.

I believe it is the green one labled "B" as I have seen in other posts. I am not sure if it is this relay or the radio suppression relay under the hood. I guess I will have to replace both to find out
