Help!! What is This Strange Dash Warning Light?!!! 200 1993

Hi y'all - wife was driving home this evening and had a warning light illuminate on the dash. 1993 245. Second from the left of the strip of warning lights. Amber light, looks like 2 wire loops for the symbol. Owner's manual says nothing about it. My question - what the heck is it?

What is wrong or going wrong?

None of my other Volvos ('87 245, '91 245) even have this light!!
