I agree with the other assesment about the boys in blue but for your car to pass inspection you will need to extend the exhaust pipe out past the body of t5he car to prevent asphixiation in the cabin. You will need a 2 1/8" straight pipe , 2 1/8 id sleeve and 2 clamps. You can fashion a new hanger using a metal coat hanger.
