lug spacing 1800

ive got a 69 s with really ugly muscle car wheels on it, I was wanting to tone down the wheels with some regular steel wheels-I have 4 240 rims which are 5 on 4.25 while the 1800s are 5 on 2.5 is there an adapter out there that can reduce rather than expand in lug distance?
