Left turn signal stuck on. Suspect the relay S90-V90

Sometimes when using the turn signals it will get stuck
in the on position. The left turn light on the dash stays
on and the outside of the car shows the left turn lights lit.
This would seem to me like a text book relay failure (but I
could be wrong). Could someone tell me where this relay is?
If possible its part number also.
