How does it drive? I would think that with that improper mounting the alignment must be way off for caster?????????? The car must pull toward one side of the road.
Did you also have lower front control arm bushings replaced? That should have been your first step. If the rear bushings in the front control arm were put in wrong maybe they messed with the top mount to compensate?
Did you get a "4 wheel alignment"? Did you get before and after readings off the alignment machine?
FWIW, I'd never trust my Volvo to Sears.
