Loss of vent control under boost 700 1990

It is not uncommon for this to happen, because the throttle opens, there is no vacuum for the vent flaps to stay open as they run off vacuum, the vacuum
builds up when the throttle is partially open, but when you accelerate, you
lose that vacuum as the throttle is fully open and the air is going straigt past the vacuum hose is connected to.

oh, whats the condition of your vacuum storage tank like?
its the thing thats looks like three balls joined together.
