Speedometer Calibration - cable drive speedo

I’m having trouble getting my speedometer to read accurately.
Previously I had a 21 tooth gear and at 60 mph the speedo read 10 mph high. I did the math and installed a 23 tooth gear. Now it reads 5 mph high at 60 mph.
I don’t know what the worm gear in the trans is and don’t really want to tear it apart. Are there speedometers with different calibrations? Or is there some modification or adjustment I can make?

Current info:
3.73:1 rear end
23 tooth speedo gear
215/50/R15 tires (same dia as stock)
130 mph speedo with 0,980 on face (same # as original 85mph speedo)

Thanks,
TR Conn
