Speedometer Calibration - cable drive speedo

Several ways to go about it.

1) Speedo is able to be calibrated. I had mine done in a shop out in Austin, TX - mailed it off and gave him the % error - came back perfect both in odometer and speedometer (they're calibrated separately in the VDO speedo).
2) the black boxes mentioned by others
3) If it's a manual tranny you need to switch to a lowered number drive gear on the output shaft. The shifter rod has to be freed (shifter removed, drift pin removed), and the tail shaft housing on the tranny has to come off. You likely have a 7 or 8 tooth drive gear and need a 6 or 7 tooth respectively.
