Help posting a pic in the thread

When you are ready to submit your message, just above the submit button it says IMAGE URL* To the lower right of that click on the link that says image library (upload/select) Navagate to your image in the library, copy the image library address and paste it in the IMAGE URL box and it should show up.

After trying several times, I'm not having any luck either
