I doubt seriously if it will - the beltline on the two cars is the same, but the roofline on the Bertone is NOTICEABLY lower than on the 242. I wouldn't think any of the windows would be interchangeable.

Edit - clarification - side windows. The rear side is MUCH smaller on the Bertone - height and length. The windshield and rear window MAY be the same -- if they are it means the pillars are more laid back (shallower angle) than on the 242. And the front side windows are shorter as well.
