Need suggestions for conversion transplant.

It really is 67Cobra.NET

I'm in Alabama, so CA smog rules are not an issue. I'm already pretty familiar with the emissions system and requirements.

The engine in the 740 is a 5.0 H.O. from a 89 Mustang. It looks pretty stock and I'll probably leave it that way for now.

My questions / concerns are how to make the Volvo to Ford connections such as:

Fuel - Is the 960 fuel pump adequate, single line or does it have a return line?

Ignition - How to connect the ignition switch to the Ford computer and starter solenoid?

Instrument panel - Tach and gauges?

Alternator?

Shifter - I would like to keep the Volvo shifter.

A/C?

Power Steering? I'm assuming that the 740 power steering hoses can be connected to the 960 rack?

Driveshaft - Should be OK, I can get it shortened if needed.

Motor mounts - Are the Converse motor mounts welded on? Are the 960 and 740 mounts the same?

Is there more that I've forgotten?
