New injector leaking

You can see what seeping up from the lower intake? Fuel? And this is happening while the engine is running?

If the engine is running, then you shouldn't really be able to see anything, because it'll be a vacuum leak, and it will suck anything into the engine. If you are seeing something coming out, then maybe it is a defective injector that is leaking fuel out of it's body somewhere. If the fuel were only coming out of the tip like it should, then it should be sucked into the engine.

More details?

Edit: Oh, what happens if you have the injectors installed on the fuel rail, but removed from the intake, and you run the fuel pump?
