Hydraulic TOB suggestions?

Hi all, my car is a 240 Ford V8 conversion, with the T-5 transmission. I have been in the process of changing from a cable operated clutch to a hydraulic system. (I haven't touched it since winter set in, but in March I plan on doing some work)

I had planned on using a push type slave cylinder on the stock release fork, because I didn't want to drop the tranny.

Now I've said to hell with it, and I want to go with the HTOB. I have 3 questions basically. First of all, what is a reliable brand or model to go with for a daily driver?

Second, which type is better, the ones that mount on the existing input bearing retainer, or the ones that replace it entirely?

Third, how do you know how much to limit the master cylinder travel? IOW, exactly how do you know how much travel to give the HTOB, from which you can figure MC travel via the piston area ratio?

Thanks for any suggestions!
Greg
