What should a used headliner in good shape cost?

Thanks for the input, but my problem is there is no backing/thick cardboard or whatever they use to stick the carpeting or material on. So what I have now is bare metal and wires taped up. Looks like crap plus it is noisy.

Does ANYONE know where I can get this most elusive part?
