Advice Please re: 89 745 5.0/AOD

I don't know about the strut braces, since I haven't purchased any yet, but I imagine if you talk to someone from Cherry Turbo they could help you out.
I use an AGR power steering pump I purchased at Summit and it works fine without being noisy - at least I can't hear it over the V8 rumble!LOL.
I had a shudder when accelerating from a stop even with the 4 cylinder. It helps sometimes to shim the centre support bearing either up or down - you have to experiment. A new centre support may also be due, but what I found totally eliminated ALL slack was having the two large trailing arm bushings replaced with Delrin plastic bushings. I was pleasantly surprised to feel no additional vibration either.
Over all though,I too would like a tighter, stiffer structure. I have the IPD bars, Bilsteins, coils and end links from Eurosport Tuning, but it still actually leans more that I would like. With gasoline reaching $1.15 per liter($4.35 per US gallon Canadian)today, I'm thinking I'd better get back on my carbon fiber racing bicycle(my former life). It has a nice rigid frame. LOL.
