The time for the conversion is getting closer....Need recommendations

You could ask Ross about having him transport your car, can he drive it back to Maine? He towed my 245 from Maryland where it was stuck at an AAMCO or some such, and he did it cheap. Behind a 764. He may not offer that any more.

There should be a lot of builders around you, maybe look around on corral.net for suggestions. Drop shipping directly to Ross shouldn't be a problem, I had an engine and tranny shipped from Racer Walsh in Florida to a freight depot in his area, and he picked it up from there.

I would give the accessory brackets to Ross, and have him install them.

Are you keeping A/C on this car? The S80 fan (which should be like the 940 fan) could get very tight against the engine. I'm not sure how far up you can move the radiator before you hit the condenser. With the radiator in stock position, you probably will not be able to use that fan.

The corvette radiator is good for Chevy swaps, but the in/oulets are exactly opposite for a Ford swap. You might want to consider selling the vette radiator for a rad from a 260, 240 diesel, or aftermarket Ford type.

Is your 240 rust free, and in very good shape? If it's not, I would suggest reconsidering putting this much money into it. Maybe +T the engine instead. The B23 is a good base for that.
