AC question

I have a 1988 744T with a 5 liter Ford motor. It is a Converse Conversion done about 6 years ago by someone in Texas. I have no paperwork. The air conditioning system has a charge, and electricity is going through the low pressure switch on the receiver/drier. However the AC does not come on. I pulled the polarized connector apart which is near the AC compressor, and I have no voltage there.

Any tips on where to look for a relay or switch?
