What are the odds that another guy named Andy has a V8 Volvo? I am on my 3rd!!!
The first was an '86 745 with a 5.0 and AOD w/shift kit. The second was an '89 780 with hipo 5.0 and T-5 (Edelbrock heads, Cobra intake, etc.). Now I have a '91 745 with a 5.0/AOD from a '91 Lincoln LSC. The drivetrain is bone stock.

The '86 745 & '89 780 were both converted by my friend Steve Rose. The '86 was purchased by a guy who *had to have it*, it wasn't actually for sale! My brother now has the Bertone as his daily driver. I bought the '91 745 on ebay a couple of years ago, it had already been converted in-house by Ross Converse. I've had some teething pains with it, but now with a ~new fuel pump it's running great.
