850 T-gul - Don't know where you're located, but my parts guy here in Atlanta (Terry at Voluparts) has both a sound 780 body and a tired 700 wagon with 5.0 & AOD. He admits to being on the fence about whether to put the 5.0 into the 780 or sell the lot as a package to someone else with the time and motivation to do it. Sounds like a nice package deal with only hitch being that OD in the AOD is out, meaning the tranny needs a rebuild. Just an option if you really want a 780. Also, my mechanic is only about 300 yards up the street from Voluparts and is very good with all makes but especially Ford/Mustangs. He might be persuaded to do a conversion for you....
