Spring rates??

Hi all,

I'm curious to know what you folks are doing for springs. I've been using iPD springs since I built my car and they're obviously too soft, but I've just started thinking about changing them. I can come close to figuring out what the spring rates "should be", but what they "should be" and what is livable may be different... Anybody running something other than stock or iPD springs and KNOW what the rates are? If so, I'm interested in the following:

Spring rates front and rear
Shocks you're using
Weight of car and its distribution (if it's been weighed)
Any comments on ride quality
Tire size
Year and model of car

Thanks,

Peter
