V8 get-together?

I've been in touch with a guy that is currently contracting with Ross to have a really neat car built. They've got an old BMW 318i from the mid-'80s and a big BMW turbodiesel inline six and a tall rearend to put in it. My understanding is that it will be a biodiesel promotional vehicle, a sporty, fast, very efficient diesel car. I really want to see how that one comes out!

My car's new owner is in Baltimore, and if this event shapes up I will notify him in case he wants to bring my old V8 745 up.
