If you could do it again from scratch?

I had great dealings with Ross, but if I had to do it over again, I would buy a car already converted, simply because of the money. Then eventually I would buy a new long block (probably a 347 Ford) and install that myself. It's hard to say, when I started my project, I had only bought his kit, and I was going to do the conversion myself. That would have saved me a bunch of money. But then I moved and got a raise, so 2 factors happened: I didn't have anywhere to work on the car, and I had more money, so I had Ross do it.

So, I would have to say, if you buy one already converted, and spend some money making it how you want it, you would probably come out ahead. Hopefully most of the debugging will already be done, too.
