What setting on Koni adjustables?

I just bought a set of Konis from Shox.com at a killer price. Because the rears aren't easily adjusted while they are on the vehicle, I'm looking for input as to what setting any of you are running them at. I have an 88 760 V8 wagon, I live in a city with terrible steets, and I don't want to make my wife too mad for having it ride like a lumber wagon. I have IPD overload springs in the rear and who knows what, probably stock (really soft), in the front. I used the OL springs because I SCUBA dive and oftentimes have many tanks, 6-8 or roughly 450lbs in the back. I may change springs in the future, but for now I think I'll keep what I have. The Konis with the IPD sway bars should make a noticeable difference in handling and ride quality, hopefully taking some of the wallow out of the beast.
